Perfect for storing, transporting, proofing and cooling pizza dough, this pizza dough box by KHA is a global market leader of durable and innovative foodservice product. Designed to withstand temperatures ranging from -30°C to 70°C, the box keeps the dough fresh and prevents it from crusting. Made from virgin food grade polyethylene, the KHA Polyethylene pizza dough box is resistant to impact, stains and chemicals.
The box itself is stackable as part of a range. Each pizza dough box will act as tight lid for the box below, reducing the need and expense of multiple covers. Cleaning and maintaining the Cambro box is easy as its dishwasher safe. At 10cm high the box allows your dough to rise high enough to create the perfect dough consistency.
