A Family Legacy, with a Focus on the Future
Fletchers Supplies was founded by Clark Fletcher, whose values of integrity, hard work, and personal service remain at the heart of the business. For over 30 years, Clark led the company with dedication and vision, fostering long-standing relationships across the region.
In 2015, Clark’s son Shaun Fletcher joined the company, bringing with him a strong operational focus and a passion for innovation. In 2020, Clark’s daughter Elly Chynoweth also joined the business, contributing her expertise in customer service, business strategy, and team leadership.
With Clark’s retirement, the next generation has proudly stepped in to continue the family legacy. Today, Shaun and Elly lead Fletchers Supplies with a shared commitment to excellence, community, and continuous improvement ensuring the business remains agile, forward thinking, and customer focused.
