Refund policy
- Items may be returned for a refund, exchange or replacement within 7 days of receiving the goods, providing they are returned unused and in their original packaging.
- Items that are not eligible to be returned/refunded include stock clearance items and special to order items.
- Freight costs for the returned items are at the customer’s expense.
- The items must be in the same condition as when they left Fletchers Supplies and in the same original packaging, in good re-sale condition.
- A re-stocking fee of 25% may apply.
- Fletchers Supplies must be contacted prior to return for authorisation. Items returned without authorisation may not be accepted. Items not approved will not be accepted.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days from date the items are received back at Fletchers Supplies.
