Dispatch & Delivery Policy

  • Order before 1pm (EST) Monday to Friday for delivery to Melbourne, Sydney, North East region of Victoria & Albury region within 48 hours, subject to product availability. Freight charges may apply, subject to minimum orders, weight and size.
  • Other States & Territories, delivery within 5 to 10 working days. Freight charges may apply, price on application.
  • Freight free applies to the following areas subject to minimum orders, weight and size and delivery schedules by Fletchers Supplies delivery vehicle: 1) Wangaratta & North East Victoria [minimum order $75]; 2) Albury Wodonga region [minimum order $75]; 3) Victorian Alpine region [minimum order $150]; 4) Melbourne [minimum order $150]; and 5) Sydney [minimum order $200].
  • For large items, a supplementary delivery charge may apply dependant on location.
  • Delivery hours are between 9am and 5pm weekdays.
  • All delivery charges are GST exclusive.
  • Freight times offered are to be used as a guide only.
  • Fletchers Supplies will not be held responsible for any time delay.
  • Freight cost estimate based on items in stock.
  • Please note any items on back order will be despatched together when all items arrive in our warehouse.


Delivery of bulky Items

  • A supplementary delivery cost will be incurred for all large or bulky product orders depending on location, size/weight of items, and order value.
  • Delivery of cooking machines, refrigeration, flat-pack items and most furniture products will be made to kerbside locations only. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs.
  • Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items. A supplementary delivery cost for large items may apply.
  • If picking up an item from our warehouse, please confirm actual box dimensions with our call centre before arrival, and ensure you have an adequate vehicle to safely collect and transport. Warehouse staff reserve the right to refuse any vehicle that is not fit to safely transport such items. All refrigeration equipment must also be transported in an upright position.
  • All customers arranging their own collections (whether personally or their own courier) are required to check order and packaging thoroughly before departure. All responsibility for condition will be transferred from Fletchers Supplies to customer at this point in time.
  • Some large, heavy or bulky items require additional handling. Some non-stocked lines may also incur additional delivery times as they are shipped direct from our supplier. These products will not show an in-stock tick or out of stock date. For these items, after placing your order online one of our customer service team will contact you to confirm freight and delivery times. Any delivery costs will be charged to you separately after this is confirmed with you by our team.


Product Return Policy

  • Items may be returned for a refund, exchange or replacement within 7 days of receiving the goods, providing they are returned unused and in their original packaging.
  • Items that are not eligible to be returned/refunded include stock clearance items and special to order items.
  • Freight costs for the returned items are at the customer’s expense.
  • The items must be in the same condition as when they left Fletchers Supplies and in the same original packaging, in good re-sale condition.
  • A re-stocking fee of 25% may apply.
  • Fletchers Supplies must be contacted prior to return for authorisation. Items returned without authorisation may not be accepted.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days from date the items are received back at Fletchers Supplies.
  • Goods remain the property of Fletchers Supplies until payment has been received in full.


Repairs & Warranties

  • Our standard warranty offered on our products is one year (parts & labour). In some cases we offer longer warranties.
  • We offer national coverage for warranty service.
  • Please note that any repair found to be the result of not maintaining the unit in accordance with the product manual, or no fault was to be found, may incur charges for technician labour and parts.
  • Some warranties are handled directly by our suppliers and their technicians.
