This heavy-duty, industrial-grade electric bratt pan from Moffat Blue Seal is the optimal choice for commercial kitchens. It is equipped with a large 80L capacity, 3 x 4kW stainless steel heating elements, a thermostatic temperature control ranging from 50-320C, electric power tilting mechanism and a heavy-duty lid and hinge system. Constructed from full stainless steel and reinforced with a 12mm thick steel pan base, the bratt pan also has an over temperature safety cut-out, adjustable feet, and large easy-to-use knobs for precise control.
