The Anets Silverline range offers a wide selection of workhorse fryers. The 35AS model holds a 16-18L oil capacity, with an 88mm cooking depth.
The Anets 35AS has a cooking capacity of approximately 25kg of frozen 10mm fries/30kg of frozen french cut fries per hour.
